diet routine starts with 4 glasses of water in the morning. She haves
brown bread with peanut butter or egg whites.Her lunch diet consists of
grilled fish and green salad, brown rice, legumes and she has left
having chicken even after knowing that chicken is rich in proteins,
this is mainly because chicken consists of fat.
Breakfast:
- Brown Bread with peanut butter
- 1 glass low fat milk.
- 2 boiled eggs-white portion only
- Pancakes- when traveling
Lunch:
- Green dressed salad
- Brown rice
- Grilled fish
Dinner:
