karenna kapoor secrets

Kareena eats only paranthas and curds for breakfast. She makes do with rotis during lunch along with some simply prepared vegetable dishes and dal. Ditto for dinner.  Snacks consist of soya milk, curds and some nuts.  A Punjabi vegetarian! Something doesn't quite gel here, does it? Well, it does, for Kareena. 

Not Averse to Adapt

She can adapt too. Kerala, when she goes visiting,  sees her eating appams and idlis. Both are prepared by steaming and no oil anywhere near.  In Italy, where she recently was, she had only risotto and pasta with gorgonzola, all fat-free food items. 

Exercise 

Exercise  has a very important place in bebo's daily routine, as is only to be expected. Her Yoga practice lasts 2 hours every day.
