Sussanne Roshan chooses Dubai to launch her bespoke Goa villas

Sussanne Roshan, who last year separated from her Bollywood superstar husband Hrithik Roshan, and Khan, the wife of Shah Rukh Khan, have teamed up to launch a property project, called Naira, in Dubai this week.

tabloid! can reveal that the superwives will be in the UAE on Saturday to unveil the first look of their Goan luxury mansion project, at a private party at their close friends Mahesh and Rekha Tourani’s residence in Emirates Hills.
“It’s a 12-villa bespoke property developed by EMGEE Group, a leading property developer in India. My design company, The Charcoal Project, has taken on its interior design concepts,” said Roshan in a phone interview from India on Sunday. She has brought on board Khan, who will look after the curation and artefacts installation, and experts such as Martin Waller from the Andrew Martin interior design company. The 6,500-square-foot sea-facing villas, with their own entrance and exit, will redefine luxury, said Roshan.
